Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped promptly but general rule of thumb is 3 -5 business days to allow for creation of handmade items and other items that require assembly, etc. Shipping costs are $4.95 flat rate standard shipping unless minimum purchase requirement is met or coupon code is available/ used. If an order is desired sooner or there's another shipping preference you would rather have please send a separate email to the provided contact email with your order details and preferred shipping method and estimated date of arrival.

Studio Five Fourteen only offers shipping with the united states. International shipping is not available at this time. With the rising costs of shipping, Studio Five Fourteen will always do it's best to keep shipping rates as low as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of Studio Five Fourteen's small business, products and merchandise all sales are final. For hygienic reasons all jewelry and products that come in contact with a person's skin cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item should arrive damaged or in ill condition Studio Five Fourteen would be happy to replace items upon determination of their ill condition. We kindly ask for you to reach out via email (provided) with pictures and a brief description of what happened, item(s) ordered and a receipt if possible.

Jewelry and other handmade accessories should not be exposed to excessive heat, chemical cleansers, worn to bed or while exercising where irreparable damage could occur. Should a repair or replacement be necessary please contact via email for resolution. Shipped repairs or replacements may be subject to shipping costs. Repeated repairs will be subject to charge equivalent to that of a brand new item. Please follow care instructions stated here and/ or that came with your order/ items purchased.
